Andrew supports the founding Directors of BSB in all aspects of tailored finance structures given his extensive knowledge of corporate financing during an extensive career in the public sector.
Andrew has over 30 years of experience in housing, regeneration, and investment, delivering General Fund housing initiatives outside of the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) at Barking & Dagenham Council and establishing their General Fund investment strategy.
Andrew was latterly Head of Housing Transactions at the Greater London Authority (GLA) for non-grant housing delivery.
