Chris began his career in 2002 at Bache Treharne LLP in Birmingham which subsequently was sold to King Sturge (Now JLL). Chris joined global real estate firm Colliers international in 2007 in their Birmingham office as an Investment agent and moved to the Colliers London office in 2012 concentrating on National Capital Markets across the UK. Chris became a Senior Director in the team having spent over 12 years at the firm before starting BSB in July 2019.
Chris focuses specifically on a select number of high profile clients ranging from Institutional funds, REITs, property companies and overseas investors. He understands their return criteria in depth and offers sounds advice backed up with detailed financial modelling and the ability to execute transactions swiftly.
Chris has wealth of experience across all property sectors, having conducted over £1.5bn of acquisitions and disposal mandates, in the industrial, office, retail and portfolio markets in addition to a number of complex sale and leasebacks for corporates.
Chris lives on the Warwickshire/Oxfordshire border with his wife and two young daughters.
