Craig started his career at Colliers International where he worked as a Senior Director in the Central London Capital Markets team as well as heading up the EMEA Offices Group.
Craig is a market leader in annuity investments and development funding, having advised on over 3,000,000 sq ft of speculative development predominantly in London, Birmingham, and Manchester.
Craig has brought together his knowledge of annuity capital and development funding to advise Councils on over £800m of innovative funding structures across all asset classes to predominately bring forward the development of unviable regeneration schemes without the need for any PWLB borrowing or grant funding.
Craig has also recently developed the first long term institutional funding facility for the London Borough of Bromley to acquire over 300 permanent affordable family homes.
Craig lives in Oxfordshire with his wife and three young children.
