The freehold of 14-15 Stratford Place was acquired in September 2015 in an off-market transaction.

Advised Morgan Capital Partners on the acquisition for c £40m. Post acquisition the building was comprehensive refurbishment to provide 15,272 sq ft of contemporary office space, which is fully let at an average rent in excess of £100 psf.
