BSB Real Estate advised Sterling Property Ventures on the off market sale of the M&B HQ in Birmingham. The property comprises a Grade “A” core office and 120 bedroom hotel and let on a single lease to best in class pub operator, Mitchell and Butlers (FTSE 250) on a lease with 18 years unexpired. BSB advised on the acquisition for £46,000,000 in December 2023 and sold the property to Blue Owl Capital in July 2025 for £55,000,000.
