BSB advised clients Copley Point Capital in the acquisition of 28 acres of land from Evesham Council with planning for a high-quality industrial logistics scheme totalling 453,000 sq ft in a range of sized buildings.
The purchase includes a full forward funding of 3 speculative buildings which extend to 168,000 sq ft which will be complete in Q3 2023 and will be developed alongside their development partner Chase Commercial.
