Funding on behalf of Hines and subsequent acquisition for M&G

Two Snowhill is considered one of Birmingham’s trophy office buildings leased in the main to international law firm Gowling WLG.

Designed by Sidell Gibson, the building comprises 28,044 sq m (301,867 sq ft) of accommodation arranged over 14 storeys and represents one of the best specified office buildings in Birmingham CBD achieving the City’s highest rent at the time. Typical office floor plates extend to an impressive 22,800 sq ft. Advised Hines HEDF II on the original forward funding in 2011 and subsequently advised M&G Life Fund on the acquisition of the completed development in 2014 for £140M.
